Who’s taking care of my property?
Our staff conduct routine inspections of our managed properties. We have an experienced in-house repair and maintenance team that will keep your property functional and beautiful.
How quickly can you get my units rented?
We have dedicated leasing agents who advertise listings everywhere potential tenants are looking! Our listings can be found on Zillow, apartments.com, the Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and the Realtor Multiple Listing Service. We conduct a five-step vetting process for leasing prospects to insure you get the best possible tenants for your properties.
How do you handle emergencies?
We have an emergency hotline your tenants can reach after office hours and on weekends. We are experienced in guiding owners through emergencies including fires and floods.
How does your company work?
US PMG offers three basic customer solutions- full property management including everything from rent collections to evictions, our own in-house (W-2) repair team, and full service leasing. Our clients can use any or all of these services depending on what assistance they need managing their properties.
How do you control costs, especially maintenance?
We keep our repair rates below our competitors. We also require owner approval for jobs costing over $500 so they are always in control. Plus, we offer owners an online portal to monitor rent collections, repairs, and all facets of their business from anywhere they can access the internet.
